It's hard to find tasteful graphics appropriate for the 4th of July. Mostly, I found somewhat tacky montages of American flags and fireworks, American monuments and fireworks, Uncle Sam and fireworks, and fireworks by themselves. Easily the most tasteful graphic I found was this famous painting of the signing of the Declaration of Independence:
Unfortunately, the Declaration wasn't actually signed until August 2, 1776. It was adopted on July 4, 1776, but I guess that would have made for a more boring painting. But it will do.
To all of you from all of us here at the Friday Challenge, have a safe and happy 4th of July!
