I just learned that science fiction and fantasy artist Frank Frazetta passed away today at the age of 82. God only knows how many young science fiction and fantasy fans were drawn to pick their first genre novel because Frazetta's artwork graced the cover. I can definitely say his artwork is what originally drew me to Conan and John Carter of Mars.
Rest in Peace, Frank. You'll be missed.
